These Terms govern your access to and use of SmartProp Intelligence, operated by Asadi Business Consulting, Inc. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Professional Advice Disclaimer
SmartProp Intelligence provides AI-powered decision support, financial modeling, and scenario analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Our platform does not provide formal legal, financial, tax, structural engineering, or brokerage advice. Users remain solely responsible for their real estate decisions and should consult licensed professionals when appropriate.
1. User Responsibilities & Account Security
When creating an account and using SmartProp Intelligence, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Safeguard your login credentials and immediately report any unauthorized access.
- Use the services strictly in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Refrain from reverse engineering, scraping, or misusing platform AI services.
2. Subscriptions, Renewals, & Cancellations
Billing Cycles: Paid subscriptions (Personal, Investor, REALTOR® Pro, REALTOR® Pro+) are billed in advance on either a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current paid billing period.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, algorithms, UI designs, brand marks, and documentation provided by SmartProp Intelligence are the exclusive intellectual property of Asadi Business Consulting, Inc. Users retain ownership of any proprietary property data and analyses explicitly created within their account.
